Recalibration booking request

Making the request is simple:

• By selecting the country of origin of the product to be recalibrated, the reference recalibration center from which to request recalibration will appear.
• Select the product to be recalibrated
• For some countries you will be offered an email address to contact; for other countries you will be offered to continue the online reservation based on the following points:
• Choose the available date and time from those proposed - when booking please carefully consider the shipping time from the place of origin of the product to the proposed recalibration center.
• You will receive e-mail confirmation of your request.
• Please download the appropriate form by clicking on the button below and place it, correctly filled out, in the shipping box along with the product.

Important notice: After completing the online reservation, please kindly wait for the receipt of the email containing the detailed service cost offer before proceeding to send the unit.

*Please note that the reservation request service is done through the external tool simplybook.me. For proper handling of requests and sending of subsequent communications, the simplybook.me domain must be within the "white lists" of your firewalls/antispam. The junk mail folder should also be checked.
